Made from 304 Stainless steel, the oven chamber is completely sealed which allows smoke to bypass the oven while also heating it. A glass viewing window and integrated thermometer help you dial in the oven for baking perfection.

Avoid Surface Rust
AISI301 material will not corrode, however superficial surface rust can be avoided with proper care and maintenance. Keep surfaces clean by scrubbing away any surface rust with a sponge.
